When I got home, I was happy to see my chocolate giant on my porch. I wondered why he was at my place without calling, and I knew he had to be freezing, so I hurried up the steps.

“Baby, what are you doing out here? It’s cold as ice,” I said.

“I just got here. Knew you’d be pulling in soon and I just wanted to see you. How was court today?”

I pulled out my keys as he stood from the wicker chair. “It was cool,” I said and stuck my key in the door. As soon as I opened it, Bistro greeted us.

“Hey, what's up B,” Malice said because Bistro ran right to him. The entire week Malice had come to my place every night, but we hadn’t had another sleepover.

“B, and he running straight to you now,” I said and laid my purse and keys on the counter.

“I told you boo, before long he gone be growling at you,” he said, shutting the door with Bistro in his other arm.

“And that is when his ass will be living with you,” I declared and took off my coat. I stepped out of my shoes and went to the coat closet. He put the dog down and came over to hand me his leather jacket. “Are you hungry, babe? I can order us something.”

“I am, but I wanna take you out to dinner and then to my place. It’s Friday, so there is no work tomorrow. We can sleep in,” he said, embracing me from the back as I put his coat on a hanger.

“Well you know I can’t leave Bistro here if we plan to sleep in. He normally goes at seven in the morning, and it’s too damn cold to leave him in the truck while we eat,” I said.

“True, so why don’t you pack up a bag for you and Bistro and I’ll bring y’all back Sunday evening,” he offered and then kissed my neck.

“That sounds good, but am I packing club clothes, dinner clothes, or just loungewear?”

“I took the weekend off, so lounge clothes. I just want us to spend some true quality time together. Uninterrupted, just you and me time, so we can get closer, beautiful.” He then kissed my neck softly. This man gave me butterflies, and I always felt electricity when he touched me. I hoped this weekend we’d consummate our relationship because it had been a week since we deemed ourselves to be in a relationship, and technically five days since we agreed to wait thirty days to have sex. It was like Sunday morning, and Sunday was two days away, and I was ready to get some dick.

“I’m with that, but tomorrow I have to sneak out for a little while because we are getting fitted for our bridesmaid's dresses for Chas’ and Rel’s wedding. Are you good with that?”

“Of course,” he said, letting me go. “I still can’t believe that my brothers are married. Well, Rel about to be. I mean,
